Oh, the complete thrill discovering our Olympians Rule mastectomy bikini being featured in another leading magazine - this time in Italy! We are over the moon that Clover Lewis Swimwear earned the title of  "Post Surgery Glam' in the prestigious the Italian fashion magazine Intimo Più Mare

Post Surgery Glam is exactly what we want women living with and after breast cancer to feel.

We just love hearing from our customers on how wearing our mastectomy swimwear helps them to look and feel glamorous. Especially as many are women who have experienced breast cancer, and thought they will never feel attractive in a post-surgery bikini or swimsuit - ever again.

We are delighted seeing our swimwear shown alongside mainstream fashion swimwear. Magazine coverage like this shows there is a change happening in fashion and the way mastectomy products are perceived. This can only help boost the morale of women with mastectomy and other breast surgeries. Thank you so much Intimo Più Mare!

Clover Lewis only recently launched and has already won prestigious awards; Intimate Apparel UK Awards for the Best Swimwear Brand and Post Surgery Designer of the year. CLOVER LEWIS is a brand named after its designer, who launched with the aim to offer women who have undergone breast surgery elegant and refined swimwear, for use in the pool or on the beach to make you feel beautiful, sensual, and at ease. Clover, who studied at the famous Saint Martins in London and later worked as a costume assistant for the Royal Opera House and also on the Sticky & Sweet Tour for Madonna, decided to create this line because after suffering from breast cancer herself, failed find to swimwear that made her feel good about herself, and looked beautiful. This first collection, Olympians Rule, presents garments made of high quality materials with features such as draping, pockets for padding, soft seams and bow-tie drawstrings in vibrant colours - a celebration of summer and to life.

Huffington Post features Clover Lewis and MassChallenge UK

Founder and CEO Clover has again featured in the Huffington Post!  This time, she has been highlighted as one of 'Five Amazing Female Founders' in MassChallenge UK, an international business accelerator programme.

Clover competed with 1200 applicants from around the world, to gain her place as one of the only fashion businesses on the intensive programme. We are very proud of her too, as she has been working tirelessly to develop Clover Lewis Swimwear during the 4 month programme.  

Her efforts mean we will continue to do our best creating fashionable,  functional swimwear, and supporting more women around the world living with and after breast cancer.

Designing, Not Drowning: Clover Lewis in Huffington Post

Huffington Post Style section recently published an article about Clover's deep desire to learn how to scuba dive after her triple negative breast cancer diagnosis. It was this daring action of going out of her comfort zone that was the catalyst for the breast cancer 'thriver' to start Clover Lewis Swimwear.

Awarded 'Post-surgery Brand of The Year' for the brand's collection of pocketed post surgery bikinis and one piece swimsuits, Clover speaks of how she designs swimwear to encourage women back into the water. and to feel better about their bodies following mastectomy and other breast surgery.

Lingerie Journal Features Clover Lewis Swimwear

Founder/designer Clover Lewis was recently interviewed by esteemed American lingerie and swimwear magazine Lingerie Journal.  Whilst showcasing the Olympians Rule  swimwear collection to trade attendees of Moda Lingerie and Swimwear Show, Birmingham NEC, she had an enlivened conversation with editor Michelle Broomes about her passion for her brand.

Vogue's 100 Year Anniversary Edition

We. Are. In. Vogue! Our award-winning swimwear has made the 'Making Waves' edit of Vogue Magazine's special 100 year anniversary edition. 

Vogue Magazine approached us to include our brand in the collector's edition, stating 'Clover Lewis Swimwear designs will certainly appeal to our readers. It will be the first mastectomy label to appear in the magazine in its 100-year history.'

Woman & Home magazine interview

September certainly has been a very busy month!

My team & I continue working behind the scenes refining the design, fit and construction of the Spring/Summer 2015 bikini and swimsuit collection in the UK & Brazil.

I was invited to join other breast cancer awareness campaigners at the Houses of Parliament, speaking to MP's about breast awareness education in schools (a blogpost coming on this later).

Leading lingerie and swimwear magazine Lingerie Insight has chosen Clover Lewis Swimwear as the Editor's Choice! Described as the 'New luxury post-surgery brand', Clover Lewis Swimwear had caught the attention of editor Sarah Blackman who had this to say:
